I started logging in to this website quite a long time ago, but haven't used it as a "tool" yet. That is my goal now. I've been working out and watching what I eat consistently for several months now. I have met with a personal trainer a few times to learn how to do strength training and interval training. I've only lost about 12 pounds but my clothes are really starting to fit differently. I am actually down a size! I'm to a point where if I don't do some sort of exercise during the day, I feel bad. I really need to get my eating in check. I do really well at work all week, but home is a different story. I am hoping to break the "eating in front of the tv immediately" and the emotional eating needs to be addressed as well! Can't wait to see how this website helps me focus and acheive my goals.
