We went to the store for a couple of items

You have to walk right past the mobile warmer with roasted chickens in it

"Contains MSG"

Yeah!!!!!!!

Now maybe you don't think it's a big deal

But me and my family do

You see we have migraines throughout our family

And MSG is considered to cause the majority of migraines in everyone not just us

But since I got a really good doctor to track and treat my migraines I have learned a lot

MSG is the cause of a lot of ailments, not all temporary

MSG is Monosodium Glutamate

It is a flavor enhancer

How does it work?

It opens the receptors in the tongue

But it is also a pesticide

when applied to bugs they explode

Too much MSG and guess what

Your little blood vessels break

We have spent years finding out about MSG

Trying to avoid it in our diet

It is so nice for them to tell us up front that something contains it or even doesn't contain it, my shopping trip would be so much shorter.

Did you know that if it says No MSG Added it doesn't mean there isn't any in it? Just means they didn't add any in the processing but products that they used can contain it.

Looks like someone is learning anyway
