I had just finished week 1 of CLX and was feeling super great about it. I was eating great, exercising and taking my vitamins every day. I was in the "zone". I knew I would be driving across the country to my new home soon, but was convinced I could still eat healthy and attempt to my CLX exercises. I was so wrong. I didn't eat "a lot" of fast food, but enough to feel guilty. I didn't exercise at all.
Now I'm at home, though not entirely settled, and I just started over week 1 of Burn. Now that I'm not living out of a van with my husband and travelling the highway (rest stops), I have readjusted my eating habits again. But because I stopped CLX so early on, I'm starting over.
I'm very excited about my new home in Washington though. I live on top of a hill with beautiful scenery. It motivates me to walk to the store instead of drive. (and the workout I now get pushing a stroller up that hill... WOW!) Anyway, I just wanted to vent out my bad food/lack of exercise weeks and start fresh!
