to have a plan and stick to it. It really is that simple. Failing to plan is planning to fail. In one Sparkmember's signature line she writes about commitment saying "you are either IN or OUT. There's no in between". That really spoke to me and I decided yesterday that I'm IN. Enough is enough. Today is only day 2 and already I feel empowered. It's amazing what one day of staying on plan can do. The days start building and the momentum gets going and viola "you're on a roll".
There are so many tools here at Sparkpeople to help stay on track. It is much easier to stay on track than to get back on track. So, I feel I have already built some momentum by making it through the first day back. I need to capture this feeling of empowerment and remember it the next time I think of eating off plan. Off to plan my meals in my nutrition tracker.
