I have been to two baby appointments. The baby has a very strong heartbeat, and I'm low risk for everything. Still getting bad morning sickness, but I'm hoping to be over that soon.
As for workouts, I haven't been working out :) I've been cleared by my doctor to do walking, treadmill, stationary biking, and swimming. I want to get back into doing SOMETHING. My friend who had a baby two years ago said that she didn't feel up to doing anything until her second trimester. So I guess I'm normal :) I'm going to try yog and walking. My favorite time of year is just about here (Autumn) so I will enjoy walking outside. I'm going to try not to overdo it, as I am apt to do.
School is going okay. So far, I've got B's in both classes. I've decided to just take things one assignment at a time and pace myself. When I look too much at the big picture, I panic! And I need to keep myself stress free for the baby. Not to mention, my own piece of mind :)
