I used to have a Pajama day weekly. I dont know what happened - oh wait, YES I do, I got busier!! I dont have a Pajama days anymore. Pj days were for me to recharge myself. I did household cleaning, ect; not taking the day off from that, just to take my time, not feel rushed, and relax a little while I did my chores and such.
I want to encourage you to take some time for you to recharge your inner batteries - take a pajama day!

I had one today :) I gave myself a manicure and pedicure and played video games. I did a few things around the house - cooked a bit, but everything relaxed and unplanned.

What a great idea. We all get too busy and need to take time to relax. Since I am recovering from surgery, I've probably had my share of pj-kind of days, ha.

What a wonderful idea! To be honest, I never heard of pj days, but I was planning something similar for tomorrow, didn't know it had a name! I picked up some books to read from the library, and cooked extra today. Am running my errands today, so tomorrow is more available.

Thanks for this post, so I don't feel guilty about taking a day off!

Oh! I love PJ days. (I call them hermit days.) I don't answer the phone (usually) or have any contact with the outside world and I stay in my PJs all day. I get to do anything I want. Ok, I admit it, I love to do laundry. That's usually my big accomplishment on PJ day. Laundry and a really good book. *sighs* Now, I wanna go home and put on my PJs. LOL
