Hello everyone! As part of my Turbo Jammers challenge, Iím posting my goals that I want to achieve by January 01, 2010 :
Fitness : I want to exercise at least 5 times a week. I will not stick only to turbo jam, I will add lots of variety so I donít get bored and to make sure I donít quit for that reason. I will walk, I'll do Turbo Jam workouts, Rockin' Body workouts, Power 90 workouts, step aerobics, etc. I will exercise during the holidays (walks, sliding, snowshoeing, skating, etc.) to stay on the right track during this difficult time of the yearÖ
Numbers : I want to be 130lbs by January 01, 2010 and I want to be a healthy 125lbs at the end of January 2010. Iíll set some new goals afterwards. Here are my current measurements :
Hips : 42in.
Waist : 33in.
Bust : 37in.
I want to shrink! I want to lose at least 4 inches off of my waist and 3 inches off of my hips. Iíd like to lose 1-2 inches off of my bust (back fat, basically). Iím in other challenges and sparkteams where Iím posting my measurements and weight on a weekly basis/monthly basis.
Nutrition : I donít want food to control me. Iím responsible for whatís in my body, no one else is. I can control what I choose to eat! I can indulge once in a while or else I will fall off the wagon again. I know how I am!
Relaxation : I want to take some time for myself. I love to read, itís relaxing! I want to take a little time everyday to do this activity.
Relationships : My boyfriend helps me a lot by being active. Heís totally on board :D As always!
Sleep : I want to get between 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Not more than 8 or else I donít feel good at all (donít know why!?!?)
