Fitness Tracker Enhancement: Delete Multiple Exercises

You probably know already that you can delete multiple foods from your Nutrition Tracker. Earlier this week, we added the same functionality to the Fitness Tracker so you can delete multiple strength-training exercises from your plan/tracker. While you've always had the ability to remove a single exercise at a time, this new update will allow members to delete several exercises more easily.

To delete multiple exercises from your workout tracker, go to your Fitness Tracker page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the button that says "Remove Multiple Strength Exercises" (near the right side of the page). Click that button to open a pop-up. Select any/all of the exercises you want to remove today and then click the "Removed Checked Exercises" button. This will remove the exercises you do not want from you plan/tracker for that day.

We hope this new functionality makes tracking and customizing your workouts even easier for you!

    How about being able to delete multiple foods from your favorites instead of deleting one at a time

    I only wish we could delet multiple items from our "favorite foods" list. Sometimes I "accidently" add a food to my favorites, then whenever I think to go back and edit my list, it takes such a long time!

I wish there was a way when you add the excerises like todays that next Thursday I don't have to enter them again. Sorta of like when we cgose the spark plan they were there all the time until we deleted them.

I wish we could change the number of sets and reps on an exercise without having to add it as a custom exercise. Sometimes I don't do the standard 2 sets of 12-15 reps. Sometimes it is more, sometimes less, but the only way to add it is to add it as a custom exercise. It's kind of a pain. emoticon

I just spent about 20 minutes before going to sleep last night deleting
strength training exercises I no longer do. And then today I get this memo!

  I have to admit that this feature (for me) is not as useful as the food deletion is. Although I'm sure many people will find it easier by having it.

    I am wondering if I can set up my own tracker with chair exercises on it. I have not yet figured out if something of that nature is possible. I cannot do many physical things, but I need to do more than I am doing.

  Ould we edit multiple exercises? When I entered my strength exercises in a custom workout I neglected to enter the sets, repitions, and weights. I had to edit each one individually and wait for each update.

    I really appreciate how SP works to make the site better and better.

Does anyone know if you load a saved Workout to the Tracker but then delete certain exercise from within the Tracker, if that also deletes them from the Workout? I like to use the Tracker to plan my workouts but don't always get to all the exercises.

    i like the idea but it would be nice that in My fitness you can copy the strength training to certain days just like the meals in that way we dont have to input it everytime we gonna work out.. it will also save us time... emoticon
