I am on the Weight Watcher plan, so I will be breaking everything down into points.
Breakfast (I ate and then did my workout - See Activity Points below)

Lunch (Before running errands I made lunch at home)

Dinner (The girls & Kira wanted pizza so I looked up the points online before I ordered-Yay me!-and then worked out again w/ my partner doing the Wii EA Active Personal Trainer)
