Today was better than yesterday, because I did 75 minute cardio and my Daily Challenge ST exercises. Plus my eating was good. Had somewhat of a restless night. But I still managed to get my 12 hours although they broken up into parts of sleep.
Started using the Spark People Journal pages to start logging what I have done for the day in regards to Team Leading stuff so hopefully I wont forget anything.
But other than that everything is GOOD!!
