Lack of Sleep

I have such a hard time going to sleep. It really makes my days difficult.

I didn't get any extra walking in today but I did Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred. Tonight I just don't feel as energized. Oh well...Tomorrow is another day.

    Your body is talking to you...it is tired.

Todays main page has an article on insomnia, check it out (I haven't read it yet, hopefully it will give some suggestions)
