So I got through one fantastic week of my workout routine. Was feeling really good and energized and excited. Then I managed to seriously inflame my sacro-illiac joints and get swine flu. So I've been flat on my back for the last week and a half. I'm "better" now but still restricted to no lifting and only 20 minutes of cycling 2-3 times per week. I'm so frustrated :(

    Yeah, I came down with it, and because of my RA I got bronchitis right along with it... grrr.

    But then, at least you know you won't likely catch flu again soon!

    Wow, you poor thing! Listen to your body because you don't want to overdo it and have a relapse or something. Take care and do lots of lower body exercises.
