I lost 3# this past week. I am feeling good about how things are progressing. I stopped working out this week. I hurt my heel and could not figure out why it hurt so bad. I realized it has a deep huge crack in it. So I am mending that little set back. Tomorrow I will be starting back with my walking with a wonderful new friend Maria!
