I seem to have hit a plateau, so to try to get past it, I am going to try the calorie cycling method. I have used it before and it's gotten me over the humps...so I am hoping to stick with it again and see some results.

Here is a breakdown of my calories per day for Fat loss:
Monday 1500
Tuesday 1200
Wednesday 1800
Thursday 1500
Friday 1350
Saturday 1650
Sunday 1500
I have to say you're looking pretty skinny in your pictures Jenny!! so pretty too! I bet you feel great. You are so tiny..I wish I could be that - but being as tall as I am, tiny just isn't in my genes! Love the pix..fall fun with your family ...how nice :).
