I managed to stick with my jogging throughout the summer, and gradually worked my way up to a 30 minute jog every-other day.
Consequently, I'm looking and feeling better than I have since high school! I've had to buy new work clothes because all of the ones I wore last year (I work at a university, so my "year" = August-May) fall off now! That's a great feeling. I'm back into my high school size!!
I think the best thing that's happened to me is the sense of power and accomplishment. I wanted to lose weight and I DID because I stuck with the exercising!
Unfortunately, with the 15 hours of classes I'm taking this semester (plus my job, plus my kids and hubby) I don't have a lot of time to prepare healthy meals for myself. I plan to work on that next. :)
