I agreed to do handsprings for my SparkFriend DENRNAJ when she lost her first 20 pounds. Well, she did it (probably about a week ago now) and so it's time for me to do my part!

Well, I've worked on doing a handspring now for over a week, and I've just never been an acrobatic type of dude. This is as close as I could get to actually doing a handspring.

It was so much fun and such a challenge for me to work on this and see how close I could come. In doing things for my SparkFriends, I'm actually doing things for me. It was great exercise. It was a chance to show myself that I can do things I thought I couldn't. This old dog can learn new tricks!

Thanks for giving me the opportunity Janice and congrats on meeting such a great goal! Keep up the good work! No one can stop you now!
