By July 5, my goal is to lose at least 5 pounds. 5 pounds may not sound like a lot, but I must be realistic if I am to succeed.
I will make an effort to eat 2 - 3 veggies and fruit per day and exercise 3 - 4 days a week, both cardio and light strength training.
