The last week and a half have been trying my endurance, I think.
For yrs I think food was what I self medicated with when th stress was high.
Now, I am so much more aware of the triggers and stressors.
However, its not even close to easy to manage those old self taught habits.
This week-I am determined to turn off those buttons and stay focused. Just thinking I like what I read recently--Never let your self get too tired, too lonely or too hungry. It seems there is alot of truth in that.
