I feel like it is back to day 1. I've been a member since February but not real faithful about it - exercised regularly, but still weigh 7 pounds more than when I started! How did I do this to myself? I just cannot believe that I am carrying this much more weight, and I sure feel its effects.
So I was more careful today, drank more water like yesterday. Gotta make those changes and stick to them long term.
