To Blog or Not to Blog, that is the question

A question that is driving me crazy. Only because I am letting it drive me crazy.

From past successes I know only too well how important it is to physically track my food and exercise along with notes of my progress. All of the good, bad, and ugly notes. Some days there are truly ugly notes. However, I am struggling with all parts of the three things that make me successful in taking care of myself.

I know that I am not the first person and I will not be the last person with these struggles. The question is, how much of my struggles and successes do I want to make public? The second question is how much of my struggles and successes do I want to make public to me.

I guess I just start with each post and see where the post leads me to write. Only I know my words before they are written. The point is to keep writing.
