I'm doing better than I thought!!!

Well I'm pleasantly surprised this morning! I have been so busy with floor installers and siding people for the past week and a half that I haven't been tracking anything.. barely getting on SP at all. BUT.... I got on the scale today (I missed last weeks weigh in) and I have gone down another 3 pounds Plus in two weeks!!

Part of that could be from less appetite because of back pain (!!!) but will take what I can get :-) I have eaten well, (properly) and have even allowed myself evening snacks of popcorn... so I'm encouraged that in stressful situations I can continue to loose weight. I have now lost a total of 13 pounds.... only 57 more to go. :-) As the scale numbers come down I get more excited to get to my goal. (to be at a healthy weight for my knees and back... so I can have LESS pain!)

I have had to resort to going to the chiropractor again after not doing so for over 3 years!! I'm not sure if it is my weight or my extra activity.. but I have been in excruciating pain for about a week and a half now. Hopefully I'll get some relief soon! There is nothing PRESSING I have to do today so, am going to just take it easy :-) Although those kitchen cabinets are SCREAMING that they need to be refinished .... and the dogs need trimmed and bathed... and those throw rugs need steam cleaned...... NOT TODAY. :-)

I hope to continue my good weight loss again this week. This is the fun part of my life!

    I go to the chiropractor every 8-10 weeks whether I need it or not. Tune Up time. I find if I don't do that then I can get way out of wack. Congrats on your weight loss.
I ate way too much tonight and am now feeling the pressure of Yuck!!! It will make me think about it next time.

    Sorry your having such a time with your back! Losing weight will help with the pain, so congrats an woo hoo ! Do yourself a favor though an use today for "you time" relax an pamper yourself. emoticon emoticon emoticon
