one week later...

day 22. Last week was a show week and very hectic. (I travel with our business and do wholesale trade shows and occasionally retail shows) Up early and to bed late. But all in all, i stayed right on track and exercized as well. The show went well and so did I. BUT yesterday...the next day when I get back home, I am exhausted and my resistance is always down. I KNEW I should have stayed upstairs and read and rested all day but I didnt do what I knew I should...... I flopped on the couch and watched mindless television and ate my way thru the kitchen. And had take out chinese for dinner!!!
So. Today I am thru flogging myself. I MUST keep a mental reminder of this for next time. ( there is always the next show) And it is a good reminder also for when I have the TOM. (almost identical circumstances)
So today, Thank G-d!! is another day. Thank you G-d for another day! I get to continue on this journey...
