Okay - after several months off it is time to get focused again. I have regained 10 pounds since my last weigh-in in May - it takes so long to come off and look how quickly it comes back on - NOT FAIR!!!
If I can really learn to incorporate exercise into my routine, I know that I will be better off. I stopped everything - watching what I eat and exercising - that is my downfall.
I could make excuses - work has been so stressful lately, I haven't had time, etc... - but they are just excuses. If I want my health to be a priority, I will make it a priority.
I am getting back on track today. Wish me luck!!
