Back Again...

Okay - after several months off it is time to get focused again. I have regained 10 pounds since my last weigh-in in May - it takes so long to come off and look how quickly it comes back on - NOT FAIR!!!

If I can really learn to incorporate exercise into my routine, I know that I will be better off. I stopped everything - watching what I eat and exercising - that is my downfall.

I could make excuses - work has been so stressful lately, I haven't had time, etc... - but they are just excuses. If I want my health to be a priority, I will make it a priority.

I am getting back on track today. Wish me luck!!

    Oh my poor little Ms Kelley!!! We did so well together on this last year and we will get back into the swing of things. We just gotta realize that we have to make us a priority. We have both had "other priorities" this summer and it made us fall off that wagon but I am so ready to get back on there if you are! Having you right down the hall helps and as long as you keep me in check I will keep you in check and we can get back down to our "LION KING" weight again and be looking fine!
