Back down to pre-conference weight

I only gained about 1.5 or 2 pounds during my conference week and I'm finally back down now to what I was before. I haven't been good about recording my food or exercising, though, because I got sick this week AND I sprained my ankle on Tuesday during a walk! Sheesh! But hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and go for a run.
