Being Sunday I know I'll snack on stuff I shouldn't...cheese, ring bologna, crackerrs etc. At least my crackers are a baked whole grain and not horrible on calories. I was planning on left over lasagna for dinne but Mark wants pulled pork sandwiches left over from last nights roast...neither one will be the healthiest but I'm gonna try to eat some without being a pig. I had a real busy morning but did find time to get in an ab workout. Tomorrow I WILL hit the treamill also!
