Sad-Bad Day

Saturday, October 03, 2009

DH just lost one of his soldiers in Afghanistan. Needless to say it's been an extremely rough day.
No exercise and I did not track any food.

I know this is late and have nothing to add to the wonderful words already expressed except to add my deepest condolences to the fallen soldiers family and of course to your husband and his unit.

I am so sorry!!!! Just be ther for your husband, don't worry about what you did or did not do yesterday. Your suporting him is the best thing you can do right now. As Veteran's Day approaches, our troops have been on my mind more lately. My son also just left for part of his weekend duty. I appreciate the position of those in charge of our troops and the hard decisions they make. You & your husband are in my prayers.

Sorry to hear about your husbands loss.. We know they are professionals, but somewhere there is also a family whom is grieving and needing this person lost in action. Just know people outside the states appreciate your husbands mens hard work.
Keep healthy and strong for your husband, he needs you keep strong and balanced to get through this horrible loss too. Lossing a soldier is never good, I wish these wars would end..
We need to work together as a planet instead of declaring war..
