Hey Spark People!!
Just stopped by to say that each day WE are one step closer. Closer to our dreams or closer to the things we don't want. So MAKE EACH DAY COUNT. If you can't do a lot, do a little... but by all means, DO SOMETHING.
I am renewing my goals and motives daily, writing in my journal, and praying (this helps me have focus, guidance, purpose, etc). Do what works best for you!
How has your journey been so far? I'm always curious to know what others have learned on their journey. That way we can learn from each others mistakes and I don't have to make them all myself! LOL
I have learned:
to plan my meals ahead of time (though I'm still working on this)
to dance on the days I don't feel like working out, this usually leads to my wanting to do a REAL workout
to wear my heart rate monitor- as it makes me work harder and keeps me from quitting to soon
to WRITE IN MY JOURNAL OFTEN! This helps me destress and reminds me why I'm doing all this in the first place!
to recognize that the battle is truly in the mind. WE CAN DO ANYTHING we believe we can. and the more I think about it, the more I realize that the less we doubt our abilities the MORE we can accomplish.
~*~DOUBT LESS, TRUST MORE~*~ We are MORE than capable of doing what we need to do to get to our goals.
I have maintained in the 140's for a while now, so I am making a new plan to keep it moving in the downward direction! I will be 145.0 THIS WEEK, so after that my goal is to get to 140. Ultimate goal is to be in the 130's by the end of October!
I'm ONE STEP CLOSER to reaching my goals! ARE YOU!?
