friday 10-2-09 - trip to Indiana

Had another good day. Had about 1130 calories from what I can gather. I am sure I did not go over 1600. It's a lot harder when you don't have a computer readily available ona trip. hopefully will have one from now on.

On the way home tonight. Finished what we could do in IN.
More to be done, but from home for my friend.

should be home sunday.

    I'm glad you had a great (but somewhat short?) trip! And were mindful to journal even the nights you weren't able to get onto SparkPeople! Do you keep a handwritten journal with you, too?
