Exercise makes me feel strong, healthy, able to rise above anything and invigorated.
Now that Michigan has chili weather I am back on my treadmill and doing my tae bo. It has been four or five months since I have done both in one day. I walked all summer and did outside activities for my cardio. I forgot how invigorating tae bo can be.
Most of you know that I have a bad ankle - how do I do tae bo? I improvise.. I cannot kick high and I cannot do jumping, or a lot of big movements with my feet - I stay firmly planted on the floor with both feet and move my inner body more. I work hard to get my heart pumping. It feels so good.
