How does exercise make you feel?

Friday, October 02, 2009

Exercise makes me feel strong, healthy, able to rise above anything and invigorated.

Now that Michigan has chili weather I am back on my treadmill and doing my tae bo. It has been four or five months since I have done both in one day. I walked all summer and did outside activities for my cardio. I forgot how invigorating tae bo can be.

Most of you know that I have a bad ankle - how do I do tae bo? I improvise.. I cannot kick high and I cannot do jumping, or a lot of big movements with my feet - I stay firmly planted on the floor with both feet and move my inner body more. I work hard to get my heart pumping. It feels so good.

How does exercise make you feel?

I really enjoy exercising, and miss it when I can't fit it in on a given day.

I love exercise! I feel so much better when I exercise regularly. I need to get back into it. Tomorrow is my first day of a great cardio streak!

    Hi my friend,
I really liked this!
I agree, exercise makes me feel like I have a little more engery than when I did before I started. There are many days when I do not feel like exercising. However, I say to myself "Self, you know you need to do this". I'll exercise and end up feeling much better.
I also have to imprevise some. Most people can move fast and do a whole lot more than I can but I feel that as long as part of my body is moving, I'm better off that way than by sitting on the couch or in a chair and waiting to see if the weight will drop off all by itself..LOL..
Nice Job!
Thanks for sharing..
