Just plain lazy

Okay so I have been a real slacker lately. School is stressing me out so I end up stress eating which I never new I did by the way. Gained three lbs because of this and not having the time to get out and walk. I go to work, come home and have a 2 year old and a 12 year old needing attention and tests to study for and papers to write, dinner to make, cleaning to do. AHHHHHH!!!!! By the time I am done with all of these things I am exhausted. I need to find that motivation that I once had. Hubby is finally back to work and feeling great. So maybe it is relief eating as well???? Anyway, whatever my problem is I need to find the me that always made time for myself which I have not been doing lately. I want to get to my goal weight which is 20lbs away, I know how to do this. I just can't kick it into gear... Ughh!

    Glad to hear your Hubby is doing better. we all have set backs. When I get stressed, I try to take a walk to clear my head and keep me out of the pantry. If I can't walk, I chew gum, that seems to help also. Stick with it!!
