So my New Year's resolution for this year was to lose all the weight I had un-necessarily gained within the past 5yrs (50+lbs). I was tired of not being able to wear what I wanted, feeling tired all the time, and also just being unhealthy. So now it is OCT and so far I'm behind in my goal. I've only lost about 20lbs and still have 33lbs to go. Where has this year gone? I know I've slacked and have not found the energy to keep it going. I've been stuck at 184lbs since May.... I feel like I wasted my summer when I should have really been kicking butt.
So this year also brought a lot of challenges for me personally, and health wise, but I'm still committed to this resolution!!!
Oct/Nov/Dec I'll have to put this commitment on overdrive and strive to get to my goal by Jan.
As an update on my life..... my ex is still in the picture, but I've also started talking to another ex from years ago who recently contacted me again. Wow all the ex's..
He's probably not the best but he has been a good distraction....especially when it has come to re-evaluating my current ex relationship.
Any hoot, health wise I have been feeling better and the exercise has been like a miracle. Overall I realize I'm also a lot less sick than I used to be. Which is wonderful!!
The year is not over yet!! and I've got about 60 days to do my thing!!
Therefore, hoping I'll have something to brag about come Jan.
