I am so happy it's feeling like fall around here! Of course it's still in the high 70's/low 80's, but that is a huge improvement from high 90's! I can jog for so much longer now :) That being said I am taking a break from jogging because I can tell my body is getting used to it. I am switching over to Jillian dvds and adding more strength training.

I just can't seem to get any free time today! DS is not listening very well today and as soon as I sit down to catch up on here he starts getting into something he shouldn't be. Oh well, I guess that's what kids do :)

I am trying my best to get more involved in the BLC 11 group...so far so good. I still have to catch up and post over there today.

Falling Leaves is coming along great. My mom joined us and is getting started with that challenge.

The amazing race is still going, I am looking forward to the finish line, which is in sight now!

I have posted a few new things on the Recipezaar addicts forum...I hope the great ladies there like them :)

I have been eating pretty well lately. I think I need to shake things up there also. I ate a little higher than normal yesterday and thought I was going to today, but it's not looking like it. I am so full from dinner and still need 20 more calories just to get to my minimum. I don't think I'll be able to eat much more tonight.

    I was down about 200 calories by the time I finished eating. So I made dessert! I had a frozen waffle and 1/2 cup of ice cream(measured the ice exactly!)YUM!

    Yes, that has happened to me, too! That's when I would probably grab a 4oz WW yogurt.

    Oh Jean, I know what you mean by needing to have 20 more calories to get to the minimum amt. of calories...some days it is hard,because you are full...who knew...huh!
Mix it up...that's what I learning and trying in the next couple of weeks to jump start the body into losing weight again.
Days are cooler here too...I mean it was 90 today, and the lows were in the 60's...much better than 105+...now that we've survived the summer weather, we can get into the nicer temps.
Your blog is a happy positive narrative...so here's to a weight stomping October!!!
