Oh wonderful October....

... full of hope and opportunity and determination!!!


I've been doing Turbo Jam for the past two days and I feel that familiar "holy cow.... i am FEELING that workout today!!" pain in my muscles- Love it! I started out the day with a pep talk to myself (those always seem to work) about how i'm going to eat today, and What i'm going to accomplish.

When I first started Spark, I was unstoppable. I did Turbo Jam once or twice a day and ate around 1500 calories daily-- I dropped the weight and was on track. I'm going to go back to that, and incorporate running ( i really need to get back to my C25k!) and more weights than last time around. I tracked my food today, and will have plenty to eat at only 1500 calories. I've completed Turbo Jam twice this week, but I want to do it 5 times a week, monday thru Friday when my roomies are out of the house. My goal is to lose 36 pounds by Valentines day-- its smaller than my goals in the past but its probably a good thing. This next week I should have no trouble tracking my food, especially since i'll be working a fill-in admin job monday thru friday.

My group health interview is tomorrow and i'm Psyched! one step closer to having that job and having a more stable income. I'm off to buy some veggies after work, and to do another TJ workout.

Wish me luck!.... Actually, wish me a month's worth of FOCUS. :-)
