I'm in this for the long haul...Putting the final touches on my new routine and feeling really good...I'll be incorporating some proprioception exercises (balancing) and working up to include plymetrics which I think will help me build the muscle mass I'm looking for. I'm actually behind schedule with the new routine, but going strong with keeping up the current routine and it's keeping me at the goals I previously set...Never give up, never surrender...I'm just getting started!
