October: New Month, New Attitude

October is here, and time is passing me by whether I lose weight or not.

I think I've got a new attitude. For the past 2 days I've had 8 glasses of water. and it wasn't a big deal to drink it. So, is this a new attitude? I need to BELIEVE it is. It's the old, "fake it 'til you make it" philosophy. I don't know how long it will last, I don't know how close it will get me to my goal. But I've got to believe something in my mindset has changed and build on it every day.

    You know sometimes you have to just keep plowing through until that wave of good mood hits! I know how hard it is.

    Rebecca, this is fantastic! I remember when it was a struggle for you to get to 4 glasses a day. You have come a long way in a lot of healthy ways, even if the scale isn't reflecting the changes. emoticon
