I got down to 167.5 this week. I haven't been that low in nearly two freakin' years! Good to see some movement on the scale again. I lost the first 5-ish lbs. fairly quickly since it was holiday weight, but was getting royally sick of losing and gaining the next five over, and over, and over.
But lately I've been tracking every day, and adding a couple extra cardio workouts every week. I've done my two weight workouts every week for at least a month too. I remember when I was at 140, as long as I kept up my weights I could eat a lot more than you would think a 140-lb. woman could eat and not gain weight. But then I quit those and it was hello, poundage.
So now that I'm down in the 160's I am pretty determined not to gain that stupid 5 lbs. back. Hell let's lose 5 more! that sounds like a much better plan. :-)
