We are 3 weeks into BLC 11. Our captain suggested that we blog today about our goals, how we're feeling, etc.
So, how'm I feeling? I feel GREAT! I am back on track with my eating and have been since round 11 started. My teammates are fantastic. Very supportive and energetic. I love it! The SILVER SPIES are AWESOME!
What are my goals? I have 2 "main" goals.
1. To weigh 150 or less by the end of BLC 11. I've already lost 6 and a half, so I'm right on track. Just 13.5 more to go. Within that main goal is another scale related goal: I want to weigh 156 or less by the time we go to Florida on November 7.
2. My husband and I are going to be running a half marathon the second week of December, so my second goal has to do with getting prepared for it. So far I can knock out 6 miles without too much trouble, but that's only about half of what I need. I am running 4 days a week to help increase that number.
I challenged the Spies to write down something they've accomplished in the last 3 weeks, so here's mine: I started a boot camp class on Monday. I've never done anything like it and I was actually nervous about it. But I made it through the class without having to do any modifications and I am really excited about it. I am actually looking forward to next Monday!
