Sorry to those....

Wednesday, September 30, 2009

I just want to say sorry to those that have sent me comment and goodies and anything on my page and never heard a thank you from me! I promise it's not because I am not thankful, it's because I never know when I receive anything. I still can't figure out how to get notifications sent to my email about activity on my sparkpage. So when I am on here I try to remember to check everything like my picture comments, blog comments, goodies, page comments and everything else I can think of just in case. So I am so sorry if you haven't heard back from me. I promise I'm not a mean person lol. So here's a big THANKS! to everyone that has sent me something!!! And here's a big THANKS to those who happen to in the future if I miss it. x

p.s. I know I'm prolly a nerd for writing this but I just don't want anyone to think I am hateful and have no manners lol. x

Hey there, Ciara. I hope all is well with you. It's been quite a while since I checked in with ya. Things are going OK in my world. I'm working through a little "burn out" phase where I got out of my routine for about 6 weeks (but I still made good choices, just didn't exercise a whole lot) I'm ready to get back at it now, My goal is tooclose to not go for it whole-heartedly!!! I've got about 13 pounds to lose by Christmas. I can do it! If you haven't figured it out by now, go to your spark page and hit "edit my page" the there are some little boxes to check one of them is for email me when I get goodies or comments. Make sure you then click on "save changes". I am sure NO ONE thinks bad of you for not getting back to them. Take care and God Bless. Rick emoticon emoticon emoticon
