Wow, I reallly expected to go over my calories today... I've not even had time to imput anything until now (but I always weigh and write down everything - keep pen/paper by the scale in the kitchen at all times)
Dinner tonight was ribs - in 16yr years, this was the 2nd time having them... I also make my "special" baked beans...
and after inputting everything for the day - I'm IN range - infact, I'm still 154 below the max! OH YA!!
This new lower calorie range is very difficult for me (1400-1850... from 1650-2250)
But I'm doing it.
Oh I forgot to mention that this weeks Weigh in wasn't as bad as I expected... I was 112.0 - not bad for being on vacation for 3 days last week (pizza hut, subway and cold stone creamery - OUCH)
Now to get back and STAY on track and get back below the 110 mark (I want to get back to my maintaining mode of 108-110) Been a maintainer since last year - but started going up (up to a 114 ) and I am NOT going to let the weight creep back up on me... I will maintain!
I'm just proud of myself for stopping when I did with the ribs and beans - and having a low calorie snack... oh even my sodium is in range today - unfortantly I'm over fat today (a 68 - my max is supposed to be 56 - thats ribs for ya!)
