Happy Tuesday everyone! I saw the blog prompt and it dealt with what my "distraction" was while working out. And, it somewhat hit me a bit odd, as I don't feel as though I need a "distraction" -- when I'm working out, I like to experience the stretch, the fact that I'm moving parts of my body that haven't been moved in a long time! I love to feel that I'm doing the physical activities for me and that also strengthens my determination and overall positive attitude! I'm working on me -- and it's about time!
Now, if you asked me what do I like to do "while" working out -- that's an easy one -- Music, music and music! Give me a good beat and let's move! If I'm pedaling on the stationary bike, put on a super fast song -- let me challenge myself to keep up! Do you want to get dancing -- put on some techno music and let's move those hips! Better yet, yes, I'm from the disco era -- give me some good old Donna Summer music -- and clear the floor!!
Challenges and my own physical fitness -- that's what I'm after. A distraction -- I don't need one -- I love feeling every bit of it!!!

yes I love to cycle to music- but at the gym you really can not hear it.. so I look at magazines..:0(
