Still not fitting it in like I should. Maybe I should look at smaller doses more often since I rarely can fit in the fut 45 minutes a real workout take.SOMETHING is better than nothing right?

    YES! TRY 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE AT A TIME AND IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE...PAY ATTENTION TO DAILY ROUTINES IN WHICH YOU CAN INCORPORATE EXERCISE. EXAMPLE: SQUATS WHILE DOING THE LAUNDRY, REACHING FOR ITEMS IN CABINETS, LUNGES WHEN WALKING THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE, ETC.
