Weekend of Sept 26 and weigh in for 28

Well this weekend was good we ate good we made 2 great recipes we made a stir fry for Saturday and crispy chicken Sunday night it was chicken legs with bread crumbs and olive oil and spices and it was yummy and we had it with a side dish. As for exercise we had such a busy weekend that we only went for 1 half hour walk and thats about it. Weighed myself today and was 135 so I am up 2 pounds. Gonna get exercise in today.

    So it sounds as though you are excited about this and that makes me believe that with patience you will succeed. Just remember not to beat yourself up if your weight fluctuates or you cave into a craving. You are human after all and your weight also depends on your cycle and the time of day it is. Life is too short to not enjoy your foods. I always allow myself to eat what I want, I just take smaller portions. and if it is something you can't keep your hands off and must finish once started (I think we all have something) than just take a handful and put the rest away immediatly. If they are out of sight the temptation is not so strong.
