the day after the relay

Today I am sore, as I should be. Yesterday was fun and I am really, really glad that I did it. My goal for next year is simply to train more and be faster. GREAT GOAL!! And I need to find another race to do maybe yet this fall. Don't have enough time to get ready for a half, but maybe a 10K would work. And then I need to sign up for a spring half to keep me going all winter.

And I should not worry about other's problems-just take care of my own!

Goals by day:
Sunday-try to eat right, long hike this afternoon to get rid of the lactate.
Monday-morning run, eat right, spectating at powder puff, pack supper for Tuesday
Tuesday-eat right all day including VB game in Bloomer
Wednesday-eat right, run, p-t conferences for maddy
Thursday-eat right, VB game at home
Friday-long trail run, eat right, haircut, maddy's first hs homecoming
Saturday-run in morning, eat right (this is gonna be tough), VB tourney in the afternoon
Sunday-trail ride ??? with David for our anniversay
