Third week failure

So I've been having to work more which has more or less stressed me out and I've also eaten more. It's not so much that I'm eating a larger amount of food than what I'm eating I want comfort feed. It's been like this at work for a couple of weeks. I didn't even log my food for three days. I got back on track with logging yesterday when of course I ate too much and too little today. Well, tomorrow has to be better right...at least I got some exercise in today. The rain has kept me in most of the week and I want to sleep when it's cold and rainy which does not help.

  every day is a new day, emoticon i have the same problem. don't kick yourself, jump the speed bump and get back on track. stay motivated

    You nor your week/weeks is a failure! It's just been hard and it seems that everyone this time of year starts to long for comfort food. Hang in there, you will get back on track and do just fine!

    Bump in the road. Trust me, I have fallen off the wagon myself and haven't been tracking any food for two weeks... I gained 5 lbs. I will get myself back on track and you will do the same. :-)
