Storing soup and fixing wraps.

Saturday, September 26, 2009

If this doesn't play at first just come back later. If when you play this you get sound from other videos go up above where it says view in summary form. Then pick it out there and you should only have 1 sound.
I never have enough time and usually repeat myself but hope you get something out of it. I do mark the calories on the bags of soup before storing them either in fridge or freezer. I always hate how awful I look but I am what I am. Fat belly and fat arms. But they will get much smaller.

PS I bagged the soup and had 24 cups. Each cup is 43 calories. So with an extra cup of broth when I eat it each bowl of soup will be 101 calories for almost 3 cups of soup. I put 2 cups per bag

Awesome tips! I am a health coach and teach people ways to make small lifestyle changes. This was a great idea. This might be a stupid question, but how do you reheat the soup in the bags!? And please stop writing negative things about your body. That kills me! You look great and do not put yourself down!
