I haven't been posting about this because it was too hurtful for me. I have been afraid that I would have to resort to walking my races as I haven't been able to run for two weeks. My orthopedic surgeon told me to quit running and I cried that day. Mainly because I got DH to join me this year and we want to run together. Mind you, we do repeats of run one minute walk three or run two minutes, walk three so it is not straight running.
I had a chiropractic adjustment and then yesterday was able to run a little bit on the treadmill with no pain. Then, yesterday afternoon, I had a massage and I feel even better. I am going to take it slow and easy but I am hopeful that I can get back on track for our races! I'll welcome pixie dust and good luck for this matter =D
