I've been reading up on the PALEO diet and so I'm going to move my direct closer in that direction.
I figure I will start out with breakfast as egg dishes are easy to cook in bulk and freeze for week one ( next week ) and fruit dishes are also easy to pull off as well.
Week 2, I will ensure 1 of my 2 snacks for the day is full paleo and so and so on.
Week 3, tackle lunch and so on.
I plan on making my life atleast 75% all natural foods. Somethings I know I will never give up such as milk or soy milk ( can eliminate one but not both ) so it's one step at a time in the right direction for me.
