After much debate over my goal weight, I have decided to change it from 140 to 155 lbs. I was talking with my husband about it and I was just afraid that 140 is not a realistic goal weight for me yet. I have never been 140. At 14 and 15 I weighed 155 and that was actually a healthy weight for me. Everyone thought that I may have been losing too much weight. With my build I don't think I can be healthy at 140. I'm going to work to 155 and see how it goes from there. If I don't look too skinny or unhealthy than I will shoot for 155-140.
I feel like I am letting myself down with changing my goal weight, but I just want to be realistic and healthy.
