Nothing Much to Report . . .

Thursday, September 24, 2009

Got up this morning took up most of my morning! I was so ashamed of myself but Little Children was on & I really like that movie! LOL. Finally I unattached myself &

30mins of Rhythmic Step with Cathe & she rules in that arena!
So after I was done with a smooth cool down, I was kinda of hungry but not really.
went downstairs & poured my cereal & guess what? This was me!

I was so hurt & confused! Where had the whole gallon of milk gone?! We have cereal but I also buy breakfast sandwiches so that they can have a hot quick breakfast too. So I did what I could do to be able to have breakfast.

I had a scrambled egg, a piece of toast & a piece of sausage. Didn't quite look like this but it sure tasted great! Speaking of taste, I have been tasted so much today, a slice of thin crust veggie pizza, a couple of swigs of cola, a hot wing & then half of a pb&j! So just call me the fabulous:

Hope you got some from my report today! I also got in 60 mins of walking & 45mins of fabulous abs. So after all of this I'm going to relax & watch more of the boob tube! As I didn't learn my lesson this morning!

Have a Blessed & Awesome Thursday & Friday!
