Every day is a new day, a clean slate. Each morning when you rise out of bed you have a second chance to make the right choices. Not just with food and exercise but with life in general. Yesterday is the past and it's over and done with. No matter what you did or didn't do yesterday, today you can try again. Don't beat yourself up about the slips you made the day before, chalk them up as experience and move on. That's what I love about SP. Every day I log in and have a second chance to do better than the day before. The reports help keep me on track and give me the assistance I need to never give up. I'm so close I can almost taste it. Slow down if you need to but don't give up. Each new day brings you one step closer to your goals. Not to mention it get easier each time you take that step. Once you're there and you see how far you've come you won't ever want to go back. I'm really looking forward to that day when I look in the mirror and can say welcome back.
